CodeClan Week 13
The 13th week at CodeClan, the journey of learning JavaScript continues, this week we are focusing on the back end, the learning objects are using the Express Server to handle request from the front end and using the Mongo Database to store user input.
This Thursday, we started the group project of JavaScript, for me it is the crown jewel of the whole journey, I have been waiting for this since the beginning of the course, I am very excited about this and don’t wait to get started.
First, let me introduce my team, there are four of us; Jo, Joe, Euan and me (Yang), we call ourselves Team anjo, which takes ‘an’ from both Euan and Yang, ‘jo’ from Jo and Joe. We want to build our team with Equality and Trust and make the best of individual abilities to push ourselves to achieve something greater together.
We are going to build a Map based Web App for Cryptids enthusiasts to locate their favourite cryptids on a map. It is going to be challenging but fun, for now, it is all hands on the deck, go Team anjo, go…
So for that reason, this week’s post is going to be a very short one, I am very sorry for people who have been following my weekly post! but I will share my whole experiencing on the next post. (can’t wait for the next one !)
I can’t wait to learn JavaScript! Looking forward to seeing your presentation on Thursday :)
