Code Clan Week-15

This week is the last week of formal learning, and the learning subject is React. To be honest, I am still not very confident around React yet, I think I need to do a few projects on my own just to gain a solid understanding.

There was one event I forgot to mention from week 14, and that was the Speed Networking, where around 10 employers with potential jobs came to Code Clan and meet the cohort in a speeding dating kind of the format, the idea is every student has 6 mins each to chat with the employer, so it is quick but formal. It was a great event, in about 1 hour time, I met all employers with different jobs, I tried to make a good first impression during my time, there were a few of them I was really interested, I followed them up during lunchtime session and discussed the role in details. This week I received a few interviews invite from the employers, how exciting, I will do my homework and put my best shirt on. 

This week is the beginning of the end of my CodeClan journey, I am a bit sad, to say goodbye to all the instructors and everybody on my cohort, but at the same time, I am very excited to use what I have learned from Code Clan to apply in real-life problems, job hunting here I come!
