It's like running a marathon and hitting "the wall" at mile 20 – your body and mind are screaming for you to stop, but if you push through, you’ll experience a breakthrough. Often, the most significant progress comes right after we think we can't go any further. Whether it's in training, in business, or personal growth, pushing through that barrier is where real transformation happens, both mentally and physically. 2. Resilience Builds Character.
