Transform your life today

Transform your life today

Are you ready to rewrite the story of your life?

We all need transformation. My transformative journey began with my mentor and coach Farookh Sensei a few years ago. We sat together, along with my partner. The one word we told him was 'trust'. We kept that with him. He assured me that if you wouldn’t come up with any excuse, I could help you soar high. I would also make sure there was a safety net so that if you fell, you could bounce back. I am always thankful to Sensei for being my coach and mentor. He made me realise my potential and weaknesses. Thus, I can now stand in front of you as a Growth Coach.

Now let me tell you to embrace the challenge, ignite the change, and discover the extraordinary within you. It's time to ask yourself: Are you ready to transform?

Yesterday, I participated in my coach Farookh Sensei’s ‘LEAP’ - Leadership Empowerment Accelerator Program. That inspired me to write this article.

In his session, he mentioned about four types of people, based on clarity.

Type 1

Some people have no clarity about their lives, and they are not ready to change their lives. As I live in a metropolitan city like Dubai, I have seen people of this nature seek jobs. They don’t know why they came here. They expect others to make them sit in a chair where they can work. A city like Dubai always embraces leaders who have clear visions and dreams. Others don't have any market value. The visionary leaders here give unending opportunities to those who are aware of the opportunities around them. Not be in this category. Be open to change; open your eyes and ears wide open. Be creative.

Type 2

The second category of people are those who have no clarity about their lives; however, deep inside, they are ready to change. Here, even though they don’t have a grand vision or written goals, they are willing to change. If you identify yourself with this category of people, approach a coach or mentor. They can help you, in your goals, if you sit for a while along with yourself. Write down what you want to communicate with this person and get ready for a new journey. You can see a thought shift that is going to happen within you. Your transformative journey is a personal commitment to yourself. You have to respect your life.

Type 3

The third category of people are those who have clarity about themselves; however, they are not ready to change. No one can save you except yourselves. As Les Brown said, you need to get hungry to learn, grow, and excel.

Type 4

The fourth category of people are those who have clarity in their lives and are ready to change. They are ready to learn new things, unlearn the things that were not going to serve them and relearn what they want to focus on. There is always room for growth and development. They are ready to communicate openly. If you are in this category, you are a gem.

You can bring transformation to your beliefs, thoughts, mindset, habits, routines, health and wellness, career, finance, productivity, confidence, personal development, and the areas of life you give priority to. You need clarity on where you need to focus first, then second, third, and so forth. Focus on one area at a time. You have to believe in yourself. Transformation is a process; it will not happen in a day or two. Patience is the key to transformation.

Thank you very for sharing the knowledge.
