Transform your life
“Embrace the journey; welcome the new being in you. Grant yourself the grace to unfold in the beautiful process of transformation." Ami Rasheed
Transformation refers to a deep and meaningful change in an individual's beliefs, values, mindset, or behavior. It often involves a journey of self-discovery and improvement.
Do you know what the number-one stage of transformation is? The number one stage of personal transformation is self-discovery, where the journey toward clarity begins, a journey that has the potential to redefine every aspect of one's existence
Ask yourself, Where are you right now?
And where do you want to be?
These evaluations lay the groundwork for a deep exploration of the self. It is the stage where aspirations meet reality and the roadmap to transformation unfolds. Sit with you for a while, and with your pen and journal, identify your goals and vision. Only you can tell what you want in your life.
Only if you know where you want to be, people around you, especially coaches or mentors, help you.
The Harvard study conducted between 1979 and 1989 focused on the power of setting goals. In this research, MBA graduates were surveyed, revealing a significant disparity in goal-setting habits. The study found that only 3% of participants had clear, written goals for their future. Ten years later, the researchers followed up with the group and discovered a remarkable outcome: the 3% with written goals had accumulated more wealth than the other 97% combined. This compelling insight underscored the transformative impact of not only setting goals but crystallizing them in writing. You have to think about it and ink it.
What do you want to do in your life?
What do you want to have in your life?
Do you know that in order to ‘have’ something, you need to accomplish something? What is that? That is nothing but your goal. Your goals must be ‘SMART’
For example, to become an author, you should do something like read related books, watch videos, attend webinars, practice writing every single day to become an excellent writer, and publish it on social media, to get feedback and active interaction.

You may be a talented, highly skilled, or experienced person, but you are still stuck in your life. Even the most talented, highly skilled, or experienced individuals can find themselves at a bottleneck. What got you here will not get you there, a timeless wisdom that resonates with the essence of transformation.
As individuals progress in their personal or professional journey, the strategies, habits, or mindset that led to their current position may not be sufficient for reaching the next level of success. It encourages continuous learning, adaptation, and a willingness to evolve. The methods or approaches that contributed to your current achievements might need adjustment or expansion to overcome new challenges and achieve further growth.
During your transformation, you need to ask yourself these six clarity questions to get to know yourself better.
What do you need to improve?
What do you need to change?
What do you need to stop?
What do you need to learn?
Who do you want to be?
Who can help you?
