Building Apps with Blazor
Tonight's presentation at the Sydney Modern Apps meetup will be an introduction to Blazor for highly skilled .Net professionals.
Blazor performs the same function as React and Angular: building Web Apps. We at Melbourne App Development have chosen Blazor because of its inherent productivity gains. It has an extremely low learning curve, you build one set of code that handles both the front end browser and the backend server, and most importantly achieves this without the investment in Javascript.
I'll be covering the basics of Blazor, how it works and how to write code, what you don't get out of the box (and need) when you spin up a new Blazor solution, the differences, pros and cons of server side versus client side Blazor, and I'll finish with the architecture we use that allows us to share code between Blazor and Xamarin.
