    People think I use a lot of AI tools just because I have my hands in so many things. Reality check: my workflow gravitates around a small stack that pulls real weight. These are the ones that earned a permanent spot: ChatGPT Projects ChatGPT Atlas Claude Code CLI Google AI Studio Notebook LM Notion databases Descript AI Task Manager in Slack Hours saved. Better output. Less mental friction. Let’s break it down. 1. ChatGPT Projects This is where all long running work lives. Keynotes, workshops, client strategy, courses, event planning, content systems. Each in its own project with preserved context. No more hunting for old threads or rebuilding prompts. I open the project and continue exactly where I left off. 2. ChatGPT Atlas Atlas is my new default browser. I use it to work directly on any page: LinkedIn, landing pages, docs, research articles. → Draft and refine copy in real time → Summarize long pages instantly → Pull structure from messy content → Find tabs and information I opened days ago without losing my mind It removes friction between thinking and executing. 3. Claude Code CLI This is where I build AI agents.     Most AI tool lists miss the point. The advantage doesn’t come from knowing more tools. It comes from knowing where they fit in your workflow. Right now most people use AI like this: → Try a tool → Generate something → Move on No structure. No repeatability. So the productivity gains stay small. The real leverage appears when you treat AI tools like a stack, not a collection of apps. Almost every modern AI workflow fits into four layers. If you understand these layers, you can build systems that run every week without starting from scratch. 1️⃣ Thinking layer Tools that help you clarify problems and structure ideas. → ChatGPT → Claude Use them to: → research unfamiliar topics → break down complex problems → outline strategies and plans → stress-test ideas before execution Most people jump straight to creation. 𝗔𝗜 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗗𝗞𝘀 Full IDE development frameworks, from SOPs to prompt templates to orchestration, deployment, and monitoring capabilities. 𝗘𝘅: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Autogen, MCP, A2A 𝟳.     The tools most people still use daily… are already obsolete. I replaced almost my entire workflow this year. Here’s what actually stuck. 1. Perplexity replaced Google No more scrolling through ten blue links looking for an answer. I ask a question, I get a real answer with sources. This is how search should work. 2. Claude.ai replaced ChatGPT Writes and reasons like a person. When I need something written, this is where I go. No robot voice nor generic corporate speak. 3. n8n replaced Zapier It's cheaper and open source. The learning curve was steeper. But now I build workflows without limitations or upgrade prompts. 4. Gamma replaced PowerPoint No more wrestling with slide templates at night. I type what I want to say, and Gamma builds the deck. The presentations look better than anything I made by hand. 5. Wispr Flow replaced my keyboard I speak, and it writes. No more typos nor backspacing. It learns how I talk, and every correction improves it. 6. notebooklm.google replaced Google Scholar Upload your source documents and ask anything. It's like having a research assistant who actually reads the material. 7. Granola replaced Otter Creates meeting notes that make sense. Listens, transcribes, summarizes and high quality creates action items. 8. OpusClip replaced Adobe Premiere Drop in a YouTube link and get twenty short clips back. The edits aren't perfect, but they're 90% there, and that's enough for online content. 9. gemini.google.com replaced Ideogram Image generation that works. My go-to tool to create content.
