Solve To Learn

Solve To Learn

Happy 31st installment of The PrudLink. When I thought of starting the newsletter in January 2022, I wanted it to be useful, informative and figure out new things along the way together as a community. All of the above proved to be correct!

The past year of creating newsletter topics has been an amazing experience. All the interaction and feedback has been awesome and impactful in so many ways. We had great discussions about lots of topics. The following were the ones that really resonated.

  • Goodreads- Sales & Leadership
  • Checkpoint- Cold Texting is Not Outbound
  • Mentorship: Charter Bus Chat
  • Mindset- Be Calm
  • Forum: Wardrobe Revisited
  • Mindset- Spring Forward
  • Checkpoint- Better than a Rolodex
  • Soundboard- Sales & Leadership
  • Checkpoint- Hope is not a strategy
  • Checkpoint Z- Video for Impact
  • Mindset- Oh, The Places You'll Go!
  • Checkpoint: Run into Problems
  • Checkpoint: The Crux of the Matter
  • Mindset: Have a Rethink
  • Mindset: Listen & Believe
  • Business Model: B2B vs. B2C
  • Vision Board: Choose Happiness

I have met new contacts, reconnected with previous colleagues and learned about what different topics shared have really been impactful. Doing this newsletter also taught me by trial and error how to be a content creator.

It began a year ago with the objective of connecting on interacted media and networking. The initial questions received had been about integrated media and networking for B2B and B2C especially within the areas of business, leadership and community.

My background is in digital, television, radio and print with publishers and agencies. I thought sharing something known to benefit the group when applicable would be a valuable conversation.

I did not plan on a lot of the growing engagement being around the topic of how to solve a problem, how to rethink a solution and tailored creativity. It has been part of what I have done throughout my career as a consultant, account executive, sales manager and adjunct professor. Successes from sellers, students, clients have resonated and look forward to further exploration together.

So what's next?
