Who says fresh graduates have not much Hingis to say?
Good notes. I would suggest some additional pointers. 1. Change the interview into a conversation which puts you at ease and at the same time allows you to seek inputs front the interviewer. I recently interviewed a final year student whose results are below 3.0 but I think he has great attitude and street smart altitude. I was basically drawn and pulled into the conversation without actually realizing it. Final result: I shared his cv with a few hiring manaegers despite his low cgpa. 2. Speak on those achievements in your uni or other social related activities that describes your strenght, be it in a club, or religious bodies or even charty/NGOs. Show them your leadership skills or other sought after attributes that puts you in a different position compared to other candidates. Who says afresh graduate has nothing to say? 3. Focus less on your results, even if you are a first class holder. In today's environment, first class is nothing so great given that there are many such people out there
