Keep at it!

Tooting my own horn...sorry not sorry, ha! I was just named the GM of the year with my Century Club induction here in Oregon. Obviously it wasn't a one-man (or woman) show. My team is extraordinary and I am grateful for them.

There were many reasons to not succeed in 2020. Especially here in Oregon. Covid, Protests/Riots, Wildfires, More Protests/Riots. Add to that, on a personal note, 2 surgeries, 6 rounds of chemotherapy and 10 radiation treatments. And yet, I never gave up.

Lord have mercy, I wanted to throw in the towel. I mean, who wouldn't? Just remember: the greater the set-back, the greater the come-back. If I had been named GM of the year any other year, well it would have lacked the luster it has now. (Insert shiny stuff)

Pretty please don't give up. Life is a buffet line and your turn is coming!
