A bit of time with Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence, any technique that enables computers to act and think like human that show the behavior and thought (human intelligence), based on logic, rules, decision tree, network learning and neural network. John McCarthy, the father of artificial intelligence coined the term in 1956, defines it as, “the science and engineering of making intelligent machines, especially intelligent computer programs.”

Knowledge based on If-then rules without uncertainty is a key part of artificial intelligence. Knowledge is information that is meaningful to intelligence, and intelligence is an ability of leaning, reasoning, problem solving and perception. Goals of artificial intelligence are to create expert systems and implement human intelligence in machines. Expert system work on rules based knowledge.

An artificial intelligence is composed of an intelligent agent and its environment. An agent is anything that can perceive its environment through sensors and act upon that environment through effectors. Rationality of an agent depends on the performance measures, percept sequence, prior knowledge about the environment and actions that the agent can carry out. Rationality is nothing but status of being reasonable, sensible and having good sense of judgment.

Machine leaning is a subset of artificial intelligence and a type of supervised leaning which can hastily apply knowledge and training from large datasets to dominate at speech recognition, facial recognition, object recognition, translation etc. It allows a system to learn to recognize patterns on its own and make predictions.

Deep learning is a subset of machine learning and a set of algorithms reaching new levels of accuracy for many important problems, such as recommender systems, sound recognition, image recognition, and many other tasks. It uses some machine learning techniques to solve real world problems by tapping into neural networks that simulate human decision making.

The future of artificial intelligence is even more exciting. Neural network is really complicated as well as interesting and it can help to solving the real problems of world. Suicide attempt continuously increasing day by day. Just think, of it as a program built to change that situation, when the human take such type of act.
