You can now automate your entire cold email infrastructure with code.   Maildoso just launched their API and it's about time.   Because clicking through dashboards to set up mailboxes is fine when you have 10 accounts. But when you're managing 200+ mailboxes across multiple clients? That's where automation wins.   Here's what you can do now:   ↳ Register domains programmatically ↳ Create and connect mailboxes with a single API call ↳ Enable warmup automatically for new accounts ↳ Build custom integrations with your CRM or outreach platform   The best part?   Maildoso still handles all the technical DNS configuration: → SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX records auto-configured → You just make the call and get ready-to-use mailboxes → Zero manual configuration needed   Think about client onboarding for agencies.   You can run an API call that provisions everything in few minutes. Client name goes in, fully configured infrastructure comes out.   You can build this once and replicate it infinitely.   The API is free for all Maildoso users. Documentation lives at developers(.)maildoso(.)com with code examples in multiple languages.   And the infrastructure itself is still superior to traditional providers: ✅ 98%+ inbox placement rates on average (even to Outlook recipients) ✅ IP rotation to protect sender reputation ✅ Mailboxes specifically optimized for cold outreach   The API removes the bottleneck between deciding to scale and actually scaling. Just clean, automated infrastructure deployment. If you're building systems around cold email, this API just became essential.   Over to you: Are you currently managing email infrastructure manually or do you have automation in place?

“How do you actually scale outbound?” We send over 1 million emails every month for more than one client. And no - the secret isn’t “send more.” At that scale, you’re not running a campaign anymore. You’re running infrastructure. Scaling outbound safely - without burning domains, crushing deliverability, or damaging your brand - is less about marketing… and more about engineering discipline. Here’s what that looks like under the hood 👇 1️⃣ Industrial-Scale Infrastructure You can’t push a million emails a month from Gmail and hope for the best. To maintain scale and deliverability, the system runs on: - 2,000+ active inboxes distributed across providers: i.e. Maildoso (800), Instantly.ai (1,145), ScaledMail (210+ Gmail + 2,000+ Microsoft). - Domain diversification to isolate and protect sender reputation. - Weekly rotation of industries and company tiers to prevent fatigue. - Segmentation by email technology (Gmail vs Outlook). - Strict send governance - daily caps, warmups, and automated reputation tracking. Every inbox has its own “heartbeat.” The system monitors them all. 2️⃣ Central Processing Hub Clay Every lead, from any source, flows into a single 14-step enrichment engine before a single email is sent. Here’s what happens in seconds: - Validation & Normalization: Verify domains, confirm deliverability (MillionVerifier + BounceBan (Verify risky emails without sending messages)), and auto-complete missing fields with OpenAI. - Four blocklists synced live - including the client’s HubSpot opt-out list - Deduplication by LinkedIn URL, not just email, to keep the graph clean. - Data normalization for first name, company, and title - AI Personalized Copy 3️⃣ Fully Automated GTM Workflow This is where scale meets precision. Every moving part - from sourcing to reply classification - runs automatically. ✅ Lead Sourcing (Apollo + Apify) Weekly ICP builds segmented by industry, company size, and title. Plus, intent layers from Fibbler and FL0 ✅ AI-Powered Reply Intelligence Replies from Instantly’s Unibox trigger a webhook → Clay → OpenAI classifier. Replies are auto-sorted into Positive, Negative, and Needs Human Evaluation ✅ Seamless Sales Handoff (HubSpot) When a reply is worth action, Clay enriches the contact with a phone number, maps the conversation, and pushes it to HubSpot as a new opportunity. HubSpot instantly creates: - A task for the SDR (via round robin) - An email notification with the full reply snippet - A deep link to Unibox for immediate follow-up ✅ Re-engagement Workflow: Reactivates leads dormant for 90+ days with a 3-step personalized sequence (max 200/day, 9–5 only). This is what keeps a million emails a month *sustainable*. --- In one quarter, this system has driven: 📬 1M+ monthly emails sent 📅 360 meetings scheduled 💰 Over $1M in new pipeline generated — I’m Matteo Fois Click my name + follow + 🔔 We help B2B Tech Companies scale Allbound with AI & Systems | Revenue Engine Builder

I cut my email marketing costs from $1,000/month to $50/month using open-source tools and AI automation. Here's exactly how I did it. My situation: ActiveCampaign was charging close to $1,000/month for a 50K subscriber list. GoHighLevel was killing deliverability with shared IPs. Emails were landing in spam, costs kept climbing, and I had zero control over my own infrastructure. Something had to change. My process: 1. Stopped paying for bloated platforms and set up Listmonk, a free open-source email tool with 20,000 GitHub stars. It handles lists, campaigns, templates, and analytics with no per-user pricing. 2. Created an Amazon SES account and leased a dedicated IP for $25/month. Amazon handles the IP warm-up automatically, which means better deliverability right out of the gate. 3. Connected Listmonk to Amazon SES using SMTP credentials. Total setup time was minimal. Emails now go out through dedicated IPs, not shared ones. 4. Used Cloudflare Tunnel to attach a custom domain to the Listmonk instance for a clean, professional sending setup. 5. Brought in Claude Code to automate everything via the Listmonk API. Creating lists, building templates, launching campaigns, monitoring bounces, checking sender reputation, even requesting SES limit increases. All handled without touching a dashboard. 6. Kept GoHighLevel only for transactional workflows like purchase confirmations, call bookings, and drip sequences. Bulk email campaigns moved entirely to the new stack. 7. Segmented warm contacts first before sending at volume. Never blast a cold or dormant list on a fresh IP. The results: Around $50/month to send 250,000 emails. Unlimited team members. Full control over data and infrastructure. Inbox placement went up, costs dropped by over 90%. This setup took a bit of time to configure, but now it runs on autopilot with AI handling the operational side completely. If you are still paying platform fees based on list size, you are leaving a lot of money on the table. Are you self-hosting any part of your marketing stack, or still relying on traditional platforms? Cold email infrastructure costs add up fast. But you don't need to spend $5K to get started. Your email infrastructure determines whether you land in inbox or spam, How fast you can scale? And how predictable your outbound motion is? Here's how to build it by budget: 1. The $500 Budget For solo founders or new GTM teams testing cold email. Goal: Test messaging fast without damaging sender reputation. → Inbox provider: Gmail or Outlook → Sending platform: Instantly.ai or Smartlead (2-5 inboxes) → Warm-up: Instantly or Smartlead built-in → Verification: ZeroBounce or Bouncer → Domain setup: Namecheap, Inc + Cloudflare Simple, fast, keeps your domain clean. 2. The $1K Budget For growing teams sending consistently with early multichannel setups. Goal: Stable inboxing and visibility into what's actually landing. → Inbox provider: Mailforge - Cold Email Infrastructure 📈 or Zapmail.ai → Sending platform: lemlist or Reply → Warm-up: lemwarm + Baseloop signals → Verification: NeverBounce by ZoomInfo + ZeroBounce (bulk clean) → Automation: n8n for health checks 3. The $5K Budget For GTM teams sending 100K+ emails per month. Managing multiple brands, or agencies running multi-client setups. Goal: Predictable deliverability at scale, automated, monitored, and CRM-connected. → Inbox provider: Mailreef, Mailscale, or Inframail (dedicated IPs/servers) → Sending platform: Instantly.ai, Smartlead, EmailBison → Warm-up: Instantly.ai, Smartlead, EmailBison built-in → Verification: ZeroBounce + MillionVerifier → Automation: Baseloop + n8n + HubSpot CRM sync The visual below maps all three budgets. Pick the one that matches your volume and stage.

The Tool Stack That Powers 500K+ Emails/Month for us If your cold emails are still vanishing into spam folder, it’s probably not your copy. It’s your infrastructure. Here’s a tested deliverability stack we’ve used across multiple GTM builds, sending 100K–500K+ emails/month with consistent inboxing and reply rates above 1.5%. Key Layers 1️⃣ Domain & Inbox Infra → ScaledMail (MS + Google) – >1.5% reply rate → Premium Inboxes / Zapmail.ai – quick setup, great for scaling Google or MS infra → Mailreef - SMTP inboxes → Hypertide.io - Azure (Outlook) inboxes 2️⃣ Email Verification Tools → TryKitt.ai / Reoon Technology / MillionVerifier – best balance of accuracy & cost (as low as $11.9 per 10K verifications) → DeBounce / BounceBan (Verify risky emails without sending messages) - Cost effective too 3️⃣ Sequencing Platforms → Instantly.ai / Smartlead / EmailBison / Luella – built-in IP rotation + sequence personalization 4️⃣ Inbox Placement & Metrics → EmailGuard / GlockApps / Luella – monitor bounce, spam, promo, and blacklist health in real time 💡 Setup times: ScaledMail / Mailreef – 5–8 days Premium Inboxes / Zapmail – 3 days Hypertide.io – 5 days (Azure infra, great for stability) This stack has been field-tested for: i) B2B SaaS outbound ii) Agency cold outreach iii) Multi-channel GTM automation If you’re running large outbound volumes or scaling new domains, this breakdown might just save your deliverability.

We just turned email deliverability into an API. If you're building any app that needs to send email at scale, you know the pain of wrestling with separate providers for Google, Microsoft, and SMTP. The ScaledMail API unifies it all. Instead of navigating multiple platforms, you can now use a single endpoint to: *Instantly provision warm-up ready inboxes. *Programmatically buy, add, and swap domains. *Scale your sending infrastructure economically (starting at just $45/mo for 48 SMTP boxes). It’s the email plumbing you don’t have to build, running on the infrastructure you can actually trust. Explore the docs below 👇

Your email infrastructure is quietly draining your budget while killing your deliverability. Most sales teams default to Gmail or Outlook for cold outreach because it feels "safe." Then they wonder why scaling to 100+ mailboxes costs a fortune while their inbox placement keeps dropping. Here's what we discovered at automate rev.ops. while building our workflows: Traditional email providers weren't built for cold outreach at scale. Using them is expensive and inefficient. We switched our entire infrastructure to Maildoso and the transformation was immediate: → Significantly lower costs per mailbox (domains included) → Faster setup - new mailboxes ready in minutes, not days → AI warmup stacking that actually protects sender reputation The breakthrough insight: Sometimes scaling isn't about adding more tools. It's about using infrastructure designed for what you're actually trying to accomplish. We're running more campaigns, spending less on infrastructure, and the team isn't dealing with constant deliverability firefighting. Your email provider should make outreach easier, not more expensive and complicated. Pro tip: If you're planning to scale beyond 50 mailboxes, audit your infrastructure costs now. Most teams don't realize how much they're overpaying until they do the math. Ready to stop overpaying for email infrastructure that wasn't built for cold outreach? Check out Maildoso and see what proper cold email infrastructure actually looks like. What's the biggest infrastructure headache slowing down your outreach right now? -- David Moreira Clay Instructor & Co-Founder at automate rev.ops.
