Throughout our history, societal perspectives and endeavors have been significantly shaped by technological progress. Undoubtedly, technology has both established and dismantled the means of earning a living. An illustrative case in point is the ascent and decline of switchboard operators. These individuals were tasked with facilitating communication between callers by manually linking phone plugs to the corresponding jacks on traditional telephone switchboards. The advent of transistors in the past paved the way for the creation of automatic switches, ultimately rendering the role of switchboard operators obsolete.
Cloud Computing can be referred to as the modern-day equivalent of the "transistor." It's fascinating to consider that computers used to be as large as rooms before the introduction of transistors.
