Types of Reactor

There are different types of reactors with different applications. But in most of the #pharmaceuticalindustry these (refer to image) types of reactors are being used.

U should calculate on the basis of heterogeneous reaction mass or homogeneous reaction mass ( esterification)

How to calculate RPM from lab scale to pilot plant...in pilot plant Agitator type anchor

Yes basically stirred tank reactors are batch reactor, but currently CSTR are the most useful reactors for continuous manufacturing so we can say that it's a continuous reactor.
