Top 10 Technology and Startup News Resources

As a startup, you’ll need to stayed informed of and be engaged in what’s going on in the world around you. (I’d suggest that being informed is something every human should work toward!)

Paying attention to what other people are building, consumer and business behaviors, and emerging technology trends will give you a leg up on the competition, who many times is too busy facing inward to appreciate what’s happening in the broader community. So here are a number of resources designed to help you stay up to speed:

  • Techmeme – By presenting a summary of the day's essential reports and analysis on a single page, Techmeme has become the technology news site of record for people both within and beyond the industry.
  • Startups on alltop.com – Collecting the headlines of the latest stories from the best sites and blogs that cover startups.
  • Recode – The latest independent tech news, reviews, and analysis.
