This blog is totally based on Mentality of Engineering Students..Don't Worry Friends i'm here to Share my little Piece of Ideas Not to Teach...Let's we Go..

While Studying in School days we don't have Enough Maturity level to make a decision. At the Same time,After Shifting to College, Student level of thinking will certainly Change..Each and Every Engineering Student will have Unique Ideas,Ambitions,Interest.But Many of the Engineering Students are failed to chase their dreams..Why? where? when?

                                     👉⏩Why many of the Students are not achieving their dreams?

                                     👉⏩Where we are Lagging&Losing ourselves?

                                     👉⏩When should we Need to Accelerate?

 This three type of Questions would Generate for all Students over in mind..

Do you think we don't have Enough abilities to Perform or otherwise we don't have Sufficient Money to Race the Goal..It doesn't matter at all..

For Better Understanding Lets we have Some Instance happens in Classroom..

If we See in Each Classroom it might be 40-50 students approx who were settled down. Inside the Classroom it May be 20 toppers,15 average Students,15 lower grade students..These type of Segregation is done based on Evaluation of Staff/Professors. Staffs are advancing to the active Students who they are all always good in studies and Maintaining discipline inside the class and the Rest is history. This situation will occurs rapidly in every colleges based on the seperation formulae Technique.

   👥Toppers:

How they named as toppers in college? Here is my satisfying answer for you- for a Real Scenario,Toppers are always having a thirst to get Good marks ,Performed well in Exams & withstanding Maintained discipline without Showing any concern over deviation just for grabbing Internal marks..Sometimes they are too good at activities..

    For Grasping Job, Getting Good marks & Sensible in discipline is not at all Enough..

Many Engineers are still get unemployed! whats the main reason??? Is there having any answer? rather than saying not having sufficient marks.

  Here are some tiny barriers ,have a look at this

           ➤Lagging of Subject knowledge

           ➤Lagging of communicating with Each others(students/Staffs)

      ➤Not take part in any other Extra-curricular Activities

      ➤Lagging of collecting information regarding job info (updation)

      ➤Not having knowledge of Usage of internet over the finding of jobs.

           ➤Low Self Confidence, fear, Bad Communication level

likewise the barrier is more like a Floor steps it would leading high..

Just see the things What i did so far for Student improvements:

While in text communication, I switched my text Native into English.But as a Result very few are agree to Switched their gears and hold my hand. But many of them are make fun on it..

I used to Motivate students, somewhat positively it becomes my habit..

I Used to share Information but it remains floating away from the path.

Why does the formula went wrong always? i always used to asked myself ,Net result is obtained.

Atlast, i made a tricky pathway for the Problem..

For Example.

When should a 50 members of class students engaged together ? the answer is During the Exam time period.

Each and Every person who involved sincerely to get pass marks for one day. Then after completing Exams everyone will gets dismantled.. Whats the use of it? Nothing..

Following are the Solution made upto my knowledge. Hope this technique would work hereafter if we engaged together..

 Lets we can create a common group in Whatsapp and named them as you interested but must be a valuable one.

If a class of having 50 students then every students should be participated inside the group.

Each and every 50 students should share their Ambition, Interest in the group.Because, No one Knows their friends path of interest, Ambition and we never helped them to lift up for Success in career..if every students shared their Goals then Students/friends can easily identify the individual interest of every persons,apart from academic .And thats it, Students can throw their Information regarding jobs,events or anything relevant to their needs like that more useful kind of things can spread.

As a result, i hope Somewhat 80% of students satisfied to work towards it with full of involvement, I assure you this idea will work Not for your development alone but too for your friends...
