Project management process

We should be knowledge 5 process group and 10 knowledge area.

      5 process group are

1.       Initiating process group: Define new project and authorized it.

2.       Planning process group: Defining objectives and selecting basic action from alternative from successful implementation of project.

3.       Executive process group: coordinate people and resources to implement plan.

4.       Monitoring process group: project objective met by measuring and monitoring project program

5.       Closing process group: finalize acceptance of the project deliverables and bringing it to an orderly end.

10 knowledge area are:

1.       Co ordination

2.       Scope

3.       Schedule

4.       Cost

5.       Quality

6       Resources

7        Communication

8       Risk

9       Procurement

10       Stakeholder
