Dear colleagues,
Let us sit back for a while and think about this very important aspect that nearly defines our life, "Quality".
Quality is described as fitness for use, fitness for purpose, customer satisfaction and conformance requirements.
In the process of evolution and progress what human beings achieve is quality.
In the job same holds true. When we take up any task, let’s just ask ourselves how we would have done it when we started our career. Are we making a qualitative difference in the process employed, if yes, we have achieved our objectives, if not, let us sit and think how to make it better?
It is known fact that , “A THING OF BEAUTY IS A JOY FOR EVER.”
Let’s travel in to micro level details of process of carrying out an activity to identify how to improve it. The process of carrying out can be made that falls in one of the followings:
