Expediting "Project Implementation"
Today we live in the era when speed is regarded as one of the most respected values. For any business, when it comes to business growth, the key is to reach faster to end users, and make the first impact, and capture the market share.
When we discuss business growth, focus comes to the organisation’s expertise in Projects implementation. The ability to deliver quality, differentiation and faster and this is so crucial for achieving business case right.
While we know how Reliance played it to make the Refinery ready much ahead of its schedule under the Leadership of Mr. Mukesh Ambani, or how TISCO commissioned its Steel Plant in the record time under the Leadership of Mr. R.P.Singh as Project Manager.
These set huge inspiration for us in today’s world that is equipped much better and with more productive tools.
But, are we able to execute projects successfully these days?
Well, data shows, we have more than 60% of our Projects either over-running on Time and/or Budget. The over run not only affect the delivery, it affects the cost and has multi-dimensional effects and ultimately effect on organization’s bottom line EBIDTA and most painful one could be the failure of commitment of delivering on-time.
It is worth all efforts to make Project Implementation faster but, again the first step is to identify the right driving elements that will make the most of the difference while dealt rightly in achieving the faster Project Implementation.

While we have to have our technical right thru our best of the efforts on Design Management, Planning and Strategic part, it always starts with the Leadership that ultimately makes the difference and help delivering either Results or reasons.
Well, it is not that easy to achieve at we represent, but for sure, that this fist step of knowledge will make us better prepared. As we know these driving factors, and work upon these, we could be success in aiming the bulls eye.
