Humanization

I am not an expert at this matter, which is true. But I am a person with some ideas and opinions and this one is fruit of what I see around me.

Each and every day all the companies and societies all around the world are struggling with and important question: the need to Humanize!

-       What do you mean with that?

That is simple: every company has the purpose to profit in their businesses, in each and every business area.

The thing is: companies are made of People and people are complicated. I know! I am one of them ;)

But then I have thinking about this and I got a bit scared because everyone is always occupied, always tired, always something….. And you have to work, you have to get results, you need to profit, to be successful.

And then, you get home and still check on your email or your phone because you need to be available, it is important.

But what about you?

If you turn on the TV, if you read the news online, if you hear people’s conversations you will understand that people are tired and scared because they need to be productive because there are many like you that can do what you do. And then you are scared because there are people who do that cheaper than you, and usually there are from aboard so they are a threat to you and you get angry and you breed some kind of prejudices and you are not able to be simply calm our happy or satisfied.

We need, urgently, to humanize things! We need to look around us and to think about who we are, what we are and what we are doing!

There is war, poverty, hunger, climate changes everywhere! We are getting to much individualistic, we are losing our sense of community. We have forgotten what intolerance made us do!

And companies should do it also! People are the main asset in every company! Everyone knows that, everyone says that but are they really doing?!

If People are important, practice that each and everyday!

Most important: respect, tolerance, understanding and an open mind!
