How To Quit Procrastinating

Discover “How To Quit Procrastinating

Procrastination steals precious time from literally thousands of people! And the worst thing is – most people don’t even know they are doing it.

Jacque Opie has discovered the reasons we procrastinate, and has put together this report which will help people move away from procrastination, and build their self-belief and confidence.

Jacque Opie stated that “procrastination is the thief of dreams”.

She wants people to know that there is a way of cheating procrastination. In this report readers will find out some of the causes of procrastination. Here are just a few of them:

  • Overwhelm and stress
  • Perfectionism
  • Attention seeking
  • Anarchy

These are just some of the causes of procrastination, and they are the easier ones to recognise.

One of the ways that she suggests to quit procrastination is unconventional, and when you first read it you will wonder what it has to do with procrastination. Here is an example: “Build fun into your day – If all you are doing is focusing on the work that you need to get done, life becomes boring! Allocate time to chill out – this way you are much less likely to want to bust out of your work and go into play, because you know you have time in your day to play anyway.

And the best thing is it’s free!
