HERE IS MY PROPOSAL

I put this togeather and I put it here and see if tere is a response. I see this as a process of engineering that worked for me. It has smattering of things in it that outline how maybe it should work.

PROOF OF CONCEPT ROBERT PEEVER ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGIST.

I do not have a degree but I do have 21 years of schooling including Army, Dunwoody Industrial and MSU 2.5 yrs. My best education was at Cape Canaveral for 8 years as test equipment standards tech, nothing flew re test equipment with out our sticker on it. This has followed me throughout my career as I have designed and tested and certified many systems to test modules or instruments in critical positions in large scale converters and power generators to name a few.

While at HP I continued my education on test equipment by writing software for testing and trouble shooting production test equipment and certifying their accuracy. My efforts cleared a very large backlog of production failures.

So now why, in the last three years, has it been so difficult to find a job. If they are afraid you are going to want something back they will resist and simply toss because of punctuation or spelling. At HP I was hiring engineer for my department and I had to dig resumes of very good people out of the trash. You have to give to the system and expect nothing more than existence I guess I am 85 years old now and maybe I have not figured that out but I do know that every thing I have done that the system flourished from does not have my name on it. One of these is on screen channel read out on your tv, one hall conference lasting a few seconds started an entire industry worth billions. There were others.

Now I have I have a system that I think the world could use and I need to prove it. I have said I am not greedy so I say lets function with it and lets make a deal but that's not how the system works. I can give these ideas to you or someone or the lawyers that are on my side I don't know I am still trying to figure that out. But if I can I will give many thoughts and knowledge of things gone by that might be helpful and not just mine there are many from people I know and many I don’t know who set wishing that they new the truth about a concept.

But for sure the industry is building all of the pieces of a far better system and someone needs to put it together and that’s probably what I do best as do many who have lived in the trench. Further I believe that a much better path in some areas should be taken regardless of all the money spent on the wrong path. That is something that should inspire a proof of concept lab, something I have wanted to do for a long time, as I know some people who have some amazing ideas providing vast improvements on the environment.

If it is me or someone that I know that can do that then probably a small hall conference is needed to plant the seed that will cause it to happen. This system is probably going to need a lot of manual labor to build and that is good that needs to happen all I ask is existence bills payed and my new RV furnished and self contained and its all possible now and needs to be done while I am still alive. I can go anywhere and help out or have hall conferences and make deals having proof of concept as far as it goes. We are going to have to figure out what that is and we are all involved in that urgent need. If nothing I have is viable then fine I will be on my way.

If you have been set up with a set of do loops that control you and keep you in the box and blinded by greed, you see that but its hard to control it with out sound proof. So we must learn and watch and understand. Make something useful and safe for humanity using our trash as a source since we have trashed what we had as resource and our existence.

This is my formula for continued existence of engineering progress and I see amazing progress every where and if it needs the ballast of experience I offer my services, maybe I can remember a few things.

if there is a response I have a pay pal account that can be used. I still have the prototype proof of concept of the magnetic switch and witnessses and lots of facts and reasons found every where. I also have the first production copy built by me its engineer of the Heathkit AJ1510 that was a marker in the development of commercial digitization. I stillhave the proof manual. If any one wnts to offer me a lot of money for it i am open. what its worth I cant imagine, I turned it on and it still works. Has the gold panel that I had made special for it. If there is interest in any of this let me know and I will activate and open the door to ideas that may be of great vaue.
