Expanding, Securing and Structuring Surface Web
Information System Foundation Blueprint – Pitch Deck
Information System Foundation Blueprint – Pitch Desk is our attempt to put our vision into the investors heads and win investors’ willingness of taking risks and help us build the future. Easier said than done, but every great thing must start in someone’s head, then it translates after great struggles into Google, Amazon, Microsoft or even becoming a big contractor with the USA Department of Defense. Not to mention, Amazon, Microsoft and Google are our competitors. The traditional thinking of most people would not choose such a tough road to travel, but it is our challenge. Our desire is wining and making a difference. If you think it is too risky nor doable, then we recommend that you stop reading our document and ignore our presentation.

Sam Eldin:
Sam Eldin is an entrepreneur with over 25 years of Information Technology (IT) experience. This section covers: leading-following, thinking outside the box, hard-work, sacrifices, open minded, and long hours require heathy body and heathy mind. The following links are what Sam Eldin posts about himself:
There is more about Sam Eldin than these links and videos present.
The Size of the Pie:
We recommend that our audience factcheck the followings:
The approximate total global spending in 2024 of the following is:
Cybersecurity $215 billion
DevOps Market $12.8 billion
Machine Learning $79.29 billion
Information System $5,060 billion
Misc. $10 billion
The total of the totals: $5,377.09 billion close to $5.38 trillion (that is a lot of dough)
Our competitors:
• As of 2024, 53% of Amazon Web Services (AWS) customers are located in North America, including the United States. In total, 2.38 million businesses are using AWS cloud services, with the highest customer growth rate among global cloud providers.
• In 2024, 40% of Microsoft Azure customers are in the United States, which is about 288.9 million customers.
• In 2024, the United States has 264,317 customers of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), which is 73.61% of the total number of customers in the platform-as-a-service (PaaS) category
"Nickel and dime to death" is an expression that means to damage or exhaust someone or something by taking away small amounts of money or giving too much attention to details. For example, you might say "The banks nickel and dime you to death with all the little fees they charge you."
We recommend that you do the math of the total gross of these competitors and please include the nickels (5 US cents) and dimes (US 10 cents) which is not counted/included with these charges:
• AWS Enterprise Support pricing for an organization with 200 employees is typically between $47,400 and $60,900. For companies with a headcount of 1,000 or more, pricing ranges from $21,200 to $46,900, or $38,100 to $84,400 for those with more than 1,001 employees.
• The yearly cost of hosting on Azure for large companies can vary significantly depending on the specific services used, the scale of their operations, and the region they choose, but typically runs into the thousands of dollars per month, with large enterprises often spending hundreds of thousands or even millions of dollars annually on Azure services due to their extensive cloud needs.
• The yearly cost of hosting on Google Cloud for large companies can vary significantly depending on their specific usage, but typically runs into the thousands or even millions of dollars annually, as the cost is based on factors like compute power, storage needs, network traffic, and the specific services used, with large companies often utilizing a high volume of resources across multiple services like Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL.
There is plenty of room for our products to chip away from our competitors. Most of these clients are paying for name brand and the cost of their required hosting could be a lot less and possibly better. Our strategy would be working continuously on building a solid product which is affordable and our clients would own their system and receive the needed support.
What are we building?
1. The foundation which all the software systems are built on top of - DevOps Editors
2. Expanding, Securing and Structuring Surface Web
3. Sub-internet Systems using our Compression-Encryption Chip
Image #1 is a rough picture of what we are proposing to build. The Internet Surface Web is the easily accessible part of the internet, readily searchable through standard search engines like Google. We are restructuring the Surface Web into business subnets. Each Surface Web Subnet or we will be calling Business Unit Net (BUN) would be servicing a specific business unit. For example, each of the following domain naming is the assignment to each business unit:
Banks = “.BNK”
Airlines = “.ARL”
Shopping = “.SHP”
Medical = “.MED”
Each BUN would have their own rules, security and services or any thing they would be sharing with their customers and other Business Unit Net (BUN) members. They would also have their own unique independent Cybersecurity system with their own unique communication compression-encryption system of communication.
Foundation Building and DevOps Editors:
All the IT development, IT services, other IT related businesses and all their gadgets have a common base or foundation. Building such foundation would give anyone a big boost and a competitive edge. Simply, we will be building such foundations. We will be building intelligence base with our vision and real-world experiences. The base is a doable practical reusable system. We believe our IT foundation would be composed of the following:
• Automated Management and Planning
• Intelligence – Machine Learning (ML)
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) Customer Service
• DevOps
• Virtualization
• Automation
The following image presents a quick overview of what we would be building. We are providing intelligent virtual replacement to AWS, Azure and Google cloud.
Our Intelligent Automation of Infrastructure or Hosting:
We are building software tools which we call DevOps Editors and these editors perform the installation of any number of complicated networks with all their cybersecurity in few minutes, not even an hour.
Our Intelligent DevOps Editors:
Our main objective of developing DevOps services which would free anyone (including any department in a big corporation) from dealing with the infrastructure requests, processes and ongoing (never ending) change-requests that are long and tedious. For example, if a PC or Laptop user can download a software (such as MS Outlook) installer and installs the software on his/her machine and starts using the software on the spot, then there should be a DevOps Installer which would be able to perform the same tasks. These DevOps Installers we call them “DevOps Editors”.
In short, our DevOps Editors would perform the infrastructure customized tasks intelligently and in real-time.
Image #2 is showing our Intelligent DevOps Editor - "Turn Key" markup or prototype with environment setup, management, documentation, Online Help, Tutorial and training, testing plus the default setting for any business or a department. The following are Our Intelligent DevOps Editors which we have architected-designed and created prototypes for six DevOps Editors.
We recommend that our viewers visit the following links and checkout each editor.
Data Center Specification Editor:
Data Center Specification Network Editor:
Data Center Specification Migration Editor:
Data Center Migration Builder:
Data Center's Testing - Tracking - Validation Editor:
Intelligent DevOps Editor - "Turn Key":
Our Intelligent Editors would free the entire company and all its department plus they would be able to create any number of testing and production system on the run without any help from anyone including DevOps teams. For example, the personnel department would be able to create an entire production system including its cybersecurity as a test environment. Once their testing is done according to their needs, they would be able to move this testing environment to their production environment. All they need to do is: simply changing the production IP address to the newly tested system. They would be able to create any number of running systems and remove these environments with a push of a button.
Sub-internet Systems using our Compression-Encryption Chip:
Each Business Unit Net (BUN) would also have their own unique independent Cybersecurity system with their own unique communication compression-encryption system of communication. We have a proposal for building Compression-Encryption Chip for communication and the following link is our documentation:
How to Achieve Such Success:
We would be more than happy to provide almost all of these roadmaps’ details (Business Plans, Proof of Concepts, and Project Balance-Sheets, training, ML and AI tools, etc.), but we would like to present our 2,000-foot view and provide links to articles and webpages with some of the details and approaches:
1. Redundancy is a key ingredient in our foundation structure, where we would have/build four or five independent development centers with data storage
2. These development sites would provide our clients support and software services
3. We also would use vendors’ cloud data centers as storage resources and backups
4. Our development centers would be using solar panels for energy, their locations would be in countries or places that have lots of sun and the weather is a key factor in location’s choice
5. As for our independent satellite internet connections (Low Earth Orbit (LEO), Medium Earth Orbit (MEO), and Geostationary (GEO)), we definitely do not want be a part of any country or places where governments or big cooperations would have any influence on our running internet systems nor our power supplies
6. Our teams’ members would be diverse with the needed talents and experiences, plus we do have special training and online-ongoing training and sharing these human resources
7. Our testing of all our system would be using virtualization and virtual modeling
8. Testing data and data storage must be available for development to use
9. Our automated management system would be handling these resources
10. Our intelligent automated AI-Machine Learning clients’ supports would be the state of the art
11. As for banking and finance, our investors would be responsible for our financial support
12. As for partnering with other institutions, we will be providing Rules of Engagement (ROE) which is Machine Learning based
Timeline:
We would be more than happy to brainstorm our system Timeline based on available resources and supports.
Team – Talent Needed for Building Our DevOps Editors:
Looking at Image #2, the shown prototype is Java code for web or cloud User Interface. Such an interface would be developed, tested and moved to cloud or private server for the users (any department or teams) to start using such an interface without any need or support for the DevOps teams.
Our DevOps Editor Structure:
It is composed of Java interface, system scripts (Unix, Linx, Windows) and under the hood C and/or Python programs which would build the entire network and all its gadgets including security. It would test the network and give the network users the ability to test the network also and sign on its approval. The users would be able to move the tested network to production on their own without any support.
Needed Code Talents - Automation:
Infrastructure as code (IaC) is a method for managing and provisioning computing infrastructure using code, rather than manual processes. IaC allows developers to focus on building and improving applications instead of managing environments.
There is plenty of developers in the following:
C, Java, Python, Unix-Linx Script, Operating system admins
Our team(s) members would be diverse with the needed talents and experiences, plus we do have special training and online-ongoing training and sharing these human resources.
The Cost of building:
At this point in the game or in the architect-design, it would be hard to give an accurate building cost. We need to mention that we need a precise detailed design of all the Editors details and how it would be tested.
Strategy:
Our selling point is “Freedom”. Freedom means that anyone with technical or non-technical background (such as The Personal Department in any company) would be able to push a button on our DevOps Editor and in seconds, a default customized secure production network is up and ready to use. Our DevOps Editors would have built-in training and QA sections for anyone to learn and follow the redline.
Marketing:
We are open to brainstorm.
Financials:
We are open to brainstorm.
Return on Investment:
See our page links:
QA:
We will provide QA later once we get our teams’ feedback.
Thanks,
Sam Eldin
