Daddy, Can people fly like birds?

Imagine all the ways the Internet will tell this child how people can fly like birds. Imagine the disaster if the young man tries some of the methods the Internet will show.

Imagine the disaster if your brand is represented by someone other than your brand!

In the attached video the father, like every brand, knows he needs to control the information concerning his son, or the brand's product.

In the video the father answers his son: "Absolutely Not!"  The reason he can tell his son this is because he is there, at point of sale so to speak. 

How can the brand be there to answer the questions consumers have online? Look at your brand's website and try to find the answers we know consumers will have. How easy is it to find answers quickly? How powerful are the answers?
