CRMs for Charities
I am working with an environmental charity who are looking for a CRM. I am interested in anyone who is happy to share first hand experience of implementing or using CRMs in a Not for Profit environment.
The CRM needs to manage the usual charity processes, and must critically:
- Work "out of the box" - we don't have access to developers
- Integrate seamlessly with mail, mailchimp, CMS, donation management
- Manage and track fund-raising
- Be able to develop along with the organisation i.e. customisable when required

Hi Guy - as you know not something we do directly, but I think Hubspot may well be worth a look (https://www.hubspot.com/nonprofits) - we've moved a lot of our marketing operations to Hubspot over the last year or so and I know my marketing team absolutely love it - looks like it has all the functionality you're looking for and has areas specific to non-profits. (Appreciate this is not quite what you've asked for, certainly it's not a first-hand experience of implementing in an NFP environment - but thought I would pipe up anyway!) - hope you're well :)
