CREATIVITY IN LEARNING: A STRATEGY TO MAKE LEARNING MORE EFFECTIVE.

CREATIVITY IN LEARNING: A STRATEGY TO MAKE LEARNING MORE EFFECTIVE.

Imagination and creativity are the key features that will influence the career path. Each functions to encourage learners and therefore should be incorporated into all aspects of education. We understand this when we plan and design learning for students: It is more important to teach students how to think than what to think.

Individuals have always been creative and original. The fact that we have survived we have survived in this pandemic situation demonstrates this. We incorporated according to the surroundings and then began to bring a change in them. We are exposed to a variety of knowledge. We established state of awareness and then discover a path that leads a different and unique goal at some point in time. We started to question where we are, where we want to go and how we should perform to reach their, and how we came to be in the first spot of creative world. One aspect of human investigation was how we became creative.

A global trend in learning has also been to shift from information literacy to up skilling. Within educational frameworks, creativity is frequently positioned as a professionalism or talent. However, it is crucial to remember that including competencies in a curriculum does not diminish the importance of acquiring knowledge. Cognitive science research shows that students require knowledge and competencies. Indeed, it is the acquisition of sound knowledge that permits students to apply it in new directions. It is essential that educators consider how they will endorse their learners to gain the necessary knowledge and skills in their learning area, as well as the opportunities they will provide for applying these principles in innovative ways.

HOW TO MAKE CREATIVITY IN LEARNING:

·        Make your classroom a creative space. You might want to create awards or bulletin boards to display different approaches to problem solving or creative solutions to real-world scenarios.

·        Conduct a meta-analysis to determine the most appropriate methods of teaching creativity and assure that the most effective approaches made use the of creative arts, media-oriented programmes, or required training. The most successful programmes are a combination of cognitive and emotional functioning.

Being creative entails more than just being artistic or evocative. Creativity is the ability to create new things or come up with new ideas and learning is always a continuous process to implement and test these ideas. It must be a part of everything we see around, especially in this age of innovation. Creativity in learning cannot be accomplished simply by changing STEM to STEAM and adding a "A" for art. It must be a motivator for collaborative efforts, a sign of effective communication, and the outcome of critical thinking.
