2025 with Peeklogic: A Year in Review

What We Achieved in 2025

Throughout 2025, our Salesforce consulting and development services continued to expand in both scale and complexity. Over the year, we launched more than 50 new projects while actively working on over 100 projects in parallel. These initiatives covered a wide range of Salesforce use cases, from custom development and architecture to integrations and process optimization. At the same time, we received 56 new reviews across different platforms, maintaining an average rating of 4.9. This feedback reflects the trust our customers place in us and motivates us to keep refining our approach, improving quality, and delivering solutions that stand the test of time.

Our product direction also made strong progress in 2025. The Peeklogic Jira Connector reached a total of 202 reviews, continuing to demonstrate its stability and long-term value for Salesforce teams. The NetSuite Connector received 8 reviews, while the Salesforce Azure DevOps Connector gained 2 new reviews as more teams began using it in real-world environments. This year also marked the release of two new products: the ServiceNow Connector for Salesforce and the AI Orchestrator for Salesforce. Each of these releases represents months of research, development, and validation, and we’re grateful to everyone who shared feedback and helped shape these products at an early stage.

Peeklogic Events and Community

Being part of the Salesforce community remained an important priority for Peeklogic in 2025. Our team attended Dreamforce, where we connected with more than 1,000 people from across the ecosystem. During the event, we delivered 350 live demos, answered numerous product and integration questions, and distributed 300 pieces of Peeklogic merchandise. These in-person conversations gave us valuable insight into how teams use Salesforce in practice and what challenges they are facing today.

In addition to in-person events, we hosted 10 webinars throughout the year. These sessions covered a wide range of topics, including Salesforce integrations, connector use cases, and service-focused discussions. Several webinars were dedicated to services, such as integrating Salesforce with Agentforce and Service Cloud, as well as exploring AI and FinTech-related scenarios. We also ran multiple product-focused webinars across Peeklogic connector solutions, sharing practical examples and real integration patterns with the community.

2025 for the Peeklogic Team

At the core of everything we do is the Peeklogic team, and 2025 was a year of significant professional growth. By the end of the year, our team reached 71 certified experts holding a total of 254 Salesforce certifications. These certifications reflect not just exam results, but the continuous effort to deepen our understanding of the Salesforce platform, stay current with new releases, and apply best practices across projects of varying complexity.

Beyond certifications, 2025 brought valuable hands-on experience and stronger collaboration within the team. We worked on diverse projects across different industries, which allowed us to broaden our technical perspective and refine our problem-solving approach. Alongside project work, we invested time in learning, knowledge sharing, and team-building activities that helped strengthen communication and trust. This balance between technical expertise and team culture continues to shape how we work and how we deliver value to our customers.

Looking ahead to 2026, we’re excited about the opportunities in front of us. We are preparing for the full release of the ServiceNow Connector and the AI Orchestrator for Salesforce, while continuing to improve all existing Peeklogic connectors based on real customer feedback and evolving Salesforce capabilities. At the same time, we’re looking forward to new Salesforce projects already on the roadmap and the challenges they will bring.

We’re confident that 2026 will be another year of growth, learning, and meaningful work. Thank you to everyone who supported Peeklogic in 2025. We look forward to continuing this journey together!
