  • Streamline team workflows: Use shared workspaces, real-time editing, and centralized feedback to keep everyone on the same page and speed up project progress.
  • Support diverse input: Invite participants from different disciplines or roles to contribute their perspectives, leading to more creative solutions and fewer blind spots.
  • Keep everyone informed: Make use of features like version history, meeting notes, and clear communication channels so important information and decisions are always accessible.

Stanford University's genies STORM & CO-STORM are revolutionizing interdisciplinary teamwork by facilitating the creation of Wikipedia-style articles and Roundtable Discussion conversions. 📚 In a world where experts seamlessly unite across disciplines, Stanford's STORM and CO-STORM employ Autonomous AI agents to delve into a myriad of online documents and research papers, fostering real-time collaboration for transformative breakthroughs. 🔆 STORM, or Synthesis of Topic Outlines through Retrieval and Multi-perspective Question Asking, pioneers an innovative framework enhancing interdisciplinary collaboration. By amalgamating diverse viewpoints and utilizing advanced retrieval techniques, STORM amplifies research exploration's clarity and depth. 💫 Building upon this foundation, CO-STORM introduces Collaborative STORMing sessions, fostering structured environments for brainstorming, solution refinement, and implementation to tackle contemporary challenges effectively into a conversational format of discussions amongst various experts. ✨ Insights gleaned from these genies highlight the enrichment of research depth and solution diversity through multi-perspective question asking, the productivity boost from enhanced retrieval systems, and the accelerated innovation driven by structured topic synthesis. 🌟 From revolutionizing healthcare to addressing global sustainability challenges, STORM and CO-STORM empower teams to unleash the collective information retrieval potential of the AI agents in research and development, shaping a brighter future. 💫 My experiments with these tools:- 🔆 I sought an article on one of my research topics "Collaboration amongst human experts, LLMs, and AI agents towards evaluations of AI systems" via STORM which appeared to be a good first draft. STORM used four different agents - A basic Fact Writer, a Software Engineer, a Data Ethicist, an AI Research Scientist to create an engaging and well-cited article. Check it out here - https://lnkd.in/d8_yi_rG 🔆 I also tried a conversation-style roundtable discussion on another topic of interest "Responsible Governance Framework for Generative AI Adoption for Small and Medium Businesses". Real-time, multi-user collaboration is no longer a future vision—it’s here, and it’s live in #Forma and Autodesk Construction Cloud via the Forma Board. This is a huge leap forward for #AEC teams: a browser-based collaboration environment where architects, consultants, and stakeholders can work together in the same model, at the same time. No screen sharing. No file handoffs. No waiting for feedback loops to catch up with the pace of work. It’s not just about improving productivity—it’s about enabling truly connected design. Getting the right people in the room (or in the model) earlier, so decisions are more informed and outcomes are stronger. Multiplayer mode in Autodesk Forma Board is helping teams accelerate decision-making, stay aligned, and unlock better outcomes earlier in the process. This is what connected design looks like—and it’s only the beginning. 🎥 Take a look at what’s possible. #Forma #AEC #DesignTechnology #Collaboration #DigitalDelivery #Autodesk #Innovation #Architecture #DigitalTransformation

Just six weeks into my journey with Atlassian, and I'm blown away by the ways of working that pave the way for innovation here. 🤯 If we've chatted recently, you've heard me say: I get it! THIS is how knowledge workers leverage AI! It’s FAST, intellectually stimulating, and awesome. Here are a few ways Atlassian products have transformed my work experience: 🛠️ Tools Built for TEAMwork: With 84% of the Fortune 500 relying on Atlassian, we understand how the best teams operate. And we use our own tools — built for teamwork — to design teamwork. We live and breathe it all day every day, and we all aim to make everything a little bit better than we found it. 💡 Focus on Strategic Thinking: This is tactical, but my Loom Notetaker attends all meetings on my behalf, capturing notes, summarizing action items, and holding others accountable (in <a minute of the meeting end). This allows me to focus on strategic thinking and innovation. 📖 Clarity Over Complexity: We prioritize clear communication through writing and recorded messages. Each #Confluence page estimates reading time, and if it’s over 10 minutes, the norm is to record a Loom video, which is automatically edited and sped up. No decks or design work, just clear communication. 📈 Data-Driven Decision-Making: Our tools and platform empower teams to make data-backed decisions, providing end-to-end visibility. This ensures our strategies are rigorously informed and impactful — period. Atlassian thrives on speed and collaboration. Our ambitious goals and global, cross-functional teamwork demand it. We make decisions clearly and adapt to changes swiftly. It’s all about efficient, effective TEAMwork. And that, in turn, creates space for innovation. 🌍 #TEAMwork #Collaboration #Innovation #Growth #FutureOfWork

Web + UX Designer | Accessibility + Design Systems | Figma Fanboy + Webflow Warrior | The Design Archaeologist

Before Figma, collaboration was… painful for a lot of creatives, especially if you were in web or UI design. The vibe was endless email attachments, conflicting file versions, and the dreaded, “Is this the latest file?” Design collaboration used to feel like a solo sport with too many players. Then Figma came along and showed us that collaboration doesn’t have to be painful. Real-time collaboration transformed the process into a true team effort—and it made me a better team player. Here’s how Figma revolutionized the way I work with others: 1️⃣ Real-time edits Gone are the days of “waiting your turn” with the file. ➔ Figma lets the whole team work on the same design simultaneously. ➔ No bottlenecks. No delays. Just seamless collaboration. 2️⃣ Version history Every single change is logged, so: ➔ If someone moves a layer into oblivion, you can restore the previous version in seconds. ➔ No more panic attacks when things go wrong—just a sigh of relief. 3️⃣ Team libraries Shared components and styles mean everyone’s working from the same toolkit. ➔ The result? Consistency across designs and fewer headaches for developers. 4️⃣ Commenting features No more “I think I emailed you about that last week.” ➔ Comments stay directly on the design, eliminating miscommunication. ➔ Feedback is centralized, clear, and actionable. Collaboration isn’t just about tools—it’s about how those tools make the process smoother and more enjoyable for everyone involved. Figma has been a game-changer for me, turning chaos into clarity. 💡 How has Figma improved collaboration for your team? 🤔💭👇 #FigmaFriday #teamwork #uxdesign #graphicdesign #projectmanagement #work #collaboration ---------------- 👋 Hi, I'm Dane—I share daily design tools & tips. ❤️ If you found this helpful, consider liking it. 🔄 Want to help others?
