Windows Systems Management and Reporting using a PowerShell Scripts Collection I'm calling PSMANAGE. Check it out!

I have been working on this set of PowerShell scripts for several months, in the pursuit of making frequently performed tasks easier to accomplish, and enable faster reporting when the need for specific information arises.

The scripts use PowerShell to gather information from Windows servers and workstations, from Microsoft server applications such as Active Directory, Exchange, Lync and more. In addition to gathering information, the scripts can be used to deploy prepared software packages throughout the environment.

Some key benefits of using this collection of scripts are that

  • they're free!
  • they don't require any installations of software or plug-ins.
  • they use SharePoint to centrally store information and tasks, which allows easy user-tailored reporting.

I'll be continually working to make improvements on these for my own use, but wanted to share what I feel is a pretty solid "version 1" of this collection of scripts. If anyone may find this useful, check out my blog post with much more information and examples and let me know if you have any questions or comments.
