WHY vs HOW

WHY vs HOW

'How will I complete this assignment within such a short time?'

'How will I earn that extra amount of money?'

'How will I make her say YES to my proposal?'

'How will I start my own business?'

'How will I start living my dream life?'

How, how and more of hows..............

How many times we do we think, say and ask these type of questions? Before asking questions with HOW, do we ever ask questions with WHY?

Like,

'Why should I not start something of my own to get that extra income?'

'Why should I not simply tell her how much I love her?'

'Why was I born on this planet and for what purpose?'

'Why do I do things that I do in life?'

When we change the questions to WHY first before asking HOW, then the impact becomes bigger. And the mind is forced to think deeper.

If you remember as a kid you asked questions mostly with WHY - 'Why can't I have the chocolate?' 'Why does it rain?' 'Why do I have to go to school?' 'Why can't I have that dress?'

And those are the most powerful questions. Scientists and researchers use WHY more than HOW. So why do you think asking WHY-questions are so important?

Why do you think when you started growing up, all your questions turned into HOW?

Our logical brain shuts our creative side down slowly as we grow up - simply because of our standard conditioning in life.

If we don't understand and be clear on the facts that WHY we do what we do then we will never understand the remaining aspect of anything in life clearly.

So be a creative person again, bring out the kid inside you. Once you get your answers to your WHY, you will get the answers to your HOW as well.

So, never stop learning! Never stop being creative!

Because the more your brain is positively active, the less chances are there for you to suffer from stress and anxiety.

HOW allow to think, whereas WHY gives you solution.
