Why to go for Outsourced Training/Learning & Development Model

Why to go for Outsourced Training/Learning & Development Model

While organizations are more focused towards their primary #goal – business, many a times, it becomes a painful exercise to manage the #learninganddevelopment or #traininganddevelopment part for the #humanresources. The same has a substantial impact on #growth.

When I say Growth – consistent growth is kept in mind. If we micro-observe the overall #performance, there will be higher numbers of fluctuations in sustaining the average growth rate.

Identify the Line of Business

The major factor observed as the barrier of organizational growth is – getting stuck into multi-level #operations rather than to stay focused on the primary goal – doing Business! When asked, “What is your line of business?” if the answer is either education, e-learning, academia or similar it is okay to keep investing time and money on training human resources at your organization. Else, a wise advice is to stay focused on your line of business!

How it is Impactful

I have seen a video clip of a man capturing video coverage of a racer running at #1 position on race track. The cameraman was running faster than the racer even though he was equipped with the professional video shooting kit!

Having #potential is a different thing and investing the same in right direction is different! Organizations need to utilize their brain power in taking #strategic initiatives and moving forward to planned risk. Keeping those brains occupied for the skill enhancements of the human #workforce may replicate the above given example!

When you identify the Exact Qualities required for employees at each level, right from Executive #Leadership to the Hospitality Staff, it will be easier to outsource the training/learning and development needs to a suitable vendor. This will shorten the L&D #Lifecycle and make employees productive – Faster.

Investing a little to get Max out of It!

A traditional mind-set will find the outsourced L&D model as a liability to the company. At the same time, an #entrepreneur will find it an investment towards quality resources. I do agree with the fact of attrition, but when You spend on someone’s #enhancement that attrition ratio too will go lower eventually.

In a layman example, while you primarily invest for getting sweet and ripe mangoes (Skilled Workforce) however, not on organic fertilizer (Content / Curriculum Development), productive farm land (Infrastructure) and skilled farmer (Trainer / Vendor) – it’s no brainer that establishing an outsourced L&D Model can bring numbers of #positive returns. Some of them are:

#Performance: Boosted

Having a vendor to transform workforce or to bring #digitaltransformation will allow an organization to remain focused on its core #competencies. #Management can align training initiatives to business needs to ensure higher productivity to achieve company goals.

Cost of Training: Controlled

When an organization collaborates with a training partner/vendor, they are saving a lot of time and money to be spent over end to end training #administration and other hidden operational costs. Moreover, if an organization executes training programs on its own, a significantly higher cost goes out of the pocket. In short, having outsourced L&D model is not only about Saving the Cost, but spending Lesser than actual! This means higher #ROI.

Capabilities: Improved

It is almost impossible for any organization to have a bench of SMEs for all the advanced technologies / #trends or #processes. Once the organization goals are strategically defined, a training partner can help them in developing training plans exactly aligned with their objectives.

#Premium Experience: Personified

Training Environment is always a concern for any organization as they want to ensure best services they receive for their employees during training #program.

Extending the layman example shared above, a vendor ensures that an organization gets the best fruits based on their #investment. Right from the Physical / #Virtual #infrastructure to the content development, delivering the training, mode of training, logistics and pre and post training activities – Training Partner/Vendor ensures the organizations get the best experience with optimum satisfaction and maximum #happiness out of the outsourced L&D Model!
