What was that password again? Simplify your life with a password manager!

Don't you hate it when you can't remember if you used "password" or "1234pass" for your bank account! Hopefully we've all moved past such simple mistakes as that, but it can get tiresome trying to remember all those passwords — and you should not use the same password everywhere. So what to do?

Maybe it's time for you to try a password manager. I personally use Dashlane which synchronizes my password to my phone, PCs and Mac devices. But there are many out there including Keeper, Keepass and others. So can you trust these services? Reviews from Consumer ReportsCredit Karma, PC Magazine and other sources say not using a password manager puts you in a high-risk category for getting hacked and exploited. But do your research—because not all password managers are created equal.

How about at work? For individuals, password managers are great. But at work I recommend that our clients implement a single-sign on strategy using services like Microsoft Azure Active Directory — allowing us to use your Office 365 account to log in to services like CRM, phone services, accounting, etc. This way you can implement a secure password strategy without over complicating your employees day.

Need to develop your strategy? We can help.
