What Chasm Do

What Chasm Do

Here at Chasm we get involved in a lot of areas. Lately there has been a move towards technology led projects with things like demand planning and warehouse management as popular.

We do generally work in 6 key areas of an organisation but all broadly fall into the same People & Process activities.

Our initial aim is to understand how a business works, the processes they have and the systems they use.

Then we work with the organisation to critique and understand areas they would like to improve, and use this as a basis for improvement.

90% of the work we do is with 'new' businesses, usually with fantastic challenger brands but less experience of running factories. We help install robust processes and systems that allow for stability, scalability & future growth.

Great approach to improvement Martyn and encouraging to see more companies willing to do things properly.
