As summer unfolds, we’re excited to bring you the latest updates from Simtec Software & Services
The first half of 2025 has been full of great events, exciting announcements, impactful collaborations and meaningful milestones, and none of it would have been possible without your continued support.
We remained committed to supporting the engineering community through our active participation and organization of various events and workshops, showcasing the capabilities of Ansys tools and solutions.
In February, we continued with Season 3 of our already established Simulation Fridays, with a new season coming this October!
One of the highlights of H1 was the well-known Ansys Technology Days, held from April to July in Croatia, Greece, and Slovenia, bringing together industry professionals, thought leaders, and technology enthusiasts from a variety of sectors.
In May, Simtec participated in DEFEA – Defence Exhibition Athens, where our booth served as a key point of engagement with industry professionals. We showcased Ansys simulation solutions for the defense sector.
The biggest Simtec Academic event was the Ansys HFSS, CFD & FEA Training held in May at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, where over 120 participants joined our sessions.

As we move into the second half of the year, we’re excited to announce several initiatives designed to keep you inspired and supported.
We’ll be launching new series of Simtec Trainings, designed to offer hands-on learning and help you deepen your simulation expertise across various fields.
Simtec Tech Talks will take place monthly starting in September, across Greece, Hungary, Romania and Slovenia. These in-person sessions invite you to join us for engaging mornings filled with technical insights, live demos, and open discussions around the latest Ansys capabilities.
The season 4 of Simulation Fridays, returns this October with 4 fast-paced, 15-minute sessions delivered by our experts. Every Friday, we’ll dive into powerful insights, best practices, and simulation trends, no fluff, just value.
In November we’ll be hosting the 4th Ansys Formula Student Workshop in Greece. This is a unique event bringing together student racing teams, engineering students, and faculty members for a full day of simulation-driven design insights, hands-on training, and best practices in motorsport engineering.
