We did it.
Well, it's dark... It's officially my turn to say...
Wow.
Thank you.
Couldn't have done this without the women of New Hampshire.
I wrote a blog documenting just some of the events leading up to the recent rally of women supporting women here in NH.
SPOILER ALERT: I thank everyone... Here is a snippet:
...We shared our story with anyone who would listen, we called on the troops, rallied our friends, and tackled different aspects of the event. There was a ton of overlap, but we broke it out relatively easy. Adria Bagshaw maintained our partnerships and relationships with speakers, I worked with others for sponsorships and advertising, Emily Aborndeveloped and executed the marketing strategy. Katelyn Nash, Amy Matos, Kristal Diorio, Heather Peterson Sweeney, and Stacy Keeven Norris came through with tasks, organization, important role responsibility, sponsorships. There is not a chance this thing would’ve came together like it did without us working as a community.
We asked for help. One of the themes that came out of our event yesterday was… IT IS OKAY TO ASK FOR HELP. I wish I could personally thank each and every woman who supported our event yesterday in some capacity. I live a life of service and I am humbled and so proud of the community of women that I am surrounded by. There is room for everyone, there is room for all of us, and I look forward to this continued mission of supporting female entrepreneurs in the coming years and inspiring female youth to be bold, take risks, and find their form of entrepreneurship.
Thank you board members. Thank you sponsors. Thank you attendees. Thank you to my husband. Thank you New Hampshire. Thank you everyone.
