Voice Enabled Business Intelligence Application with embedded Predictive Analytics

The objective of Business Intelligence has always been to empower the Power Users and C level users with super fast reports and dashboards enabling them to analyze their data in as less time as possible. 

The idea of a voice enabled BI application has been going through my mind for quiet some time now. No one knows the data better than its actual user and the consumer. How about empowering these users of data with an application that throws all the powerful graphs and charts based on what the user asks for. 

For instance as a Marketing Director, I should say, Siri please give me a report in a graph, on sales for iPhone 7+ for the last 2 quarters of 2018 for Northern region of India. 

And within seconds I should see a report with a graph showing me this report. In the background this app should dig the data and perform all the DataWarehousing operations in the back end and throw the report all in few seconds.

Further the app should be proactive enough and ask me more details about the data in my system. It should suggest the possible reports that are possible with the underlying data. 

Like would you like to see a report on the performance of sales consultants for the same data? or Would you like to compare this report with the first two quarters of 2018 or compare it with last two quarters of 2017.

May be it can also say, "I can also give you a report on what caused the decline in sales during this period" assuming that the report has declining sales figures. 

Also the built in Predictive Analytics in the app should suggest the decision maker about how to make use of the existing funds or resources to save costs and utilize them optimally. 

What kind of Machine Learning and AI apps will be good to develop such a voice enabled BI app? A google search on the term voice enable BI app led me to the following story https://blog.powerupcloud.com/voice-enabled-bi-platform-eec27770e6a4 which is very interesting.

In the above blog the writers used AWS, but how about building such an app using SAP Leonardo Machine Learning, Microsoft Azure and Google Tensor Flow. Where do I start from?
