Transaction Analytics - The Operational Intelligence
Between the descriptive and predictive analytics, Business Intelligence is stumping leaving the people on the ground of the organization limping. The focus of these descriptive and predictive is always placed on who, what and which while having no clue on how and why. Knowing who’d be, what could be or which should be, the field people are expected to figure out why and how. Most of the time, the field staff goes with the goals in hand without any guidance and plan. This leading to unhealthy alignment/partnership in doing business for sustenance, creating further unrecoverable damages. What is lacking is the Transaction analytics (Operational Intelligence). Each employee of the organization would need to have required information on hand to do their job effectively. The Transaction analytics (Operational Intelligence) will gain the momentum and take the lead henceforth. Whoever had already started this or starting this will be the leaders.
