Through the Wrong Door

Through the Wrong Door

Humans of New York shared the story of a woman who was an advocate for the homeless population in New York City.  She said it all started because one time she went through the wrong door and seeing how folks were suffering made her want to take action.  One commenter said “You certainly did NOT go through the wrong door.”  There are times something unexpected happens that changes my direction suddenly, and a lot of times this change in direction is exciting and positive.  However, I have to make the decision to take action, to go through that wrong door, and see what happens.  Often when I run into one of these changes, I am already thinking I need to make a change so maybe I make these happen myself. How many times have you chosen to go through that wrong door?  Is it time to do go through the wrong door again?
