Three Years at the Intersection of Problem Solving : A Design strategist’s journey in the world of AI, Data Analytics and Supply Chain

Reflecting on my past three years at Fractal Analytics, the journey has been like of a chef in a bustling gourmet restaurant exploring to curate an inclusive extraordinary experiences. Each day has been an opportunity to blend with the challenges, & drive solution mindset actions. This was done by learning domain, data, design, and countless moments of professional and personal growth.

Today, as I celebrate this milestone of being a Lead Design Strategist & Researcher specializing in Supply Chain x Design Consultancy, I’m grateful for the banquet of experiences and nurturing by the fellowship of this community around me.

People: The heart

First and foremost, my heartfelt thanks go to my incredible co-workers/co-partners as I call it - My One Team, One Dream’ brigade. From the leadership team who provided unwavering support and guidance to the peers who stood beside me, every individual has contributed to my story. The collaborative spirit within our pods/teams has pushed the boundaries of what we can achieve along with fostering a sense of belonging that turns them into a professional FRA-mily at Fractal.

Gratitude to my mentors who have seasoned my growth by investing their time and wisdom in me, ensuring that we could navigate the complexities of our industry, capability and practices with confidence. To every team member who joined as ‘team member’, thank you for the togetherness and for sharing your unique perspectives, making our work richer and more impactful.

Process: The head

Embracing & adapting towards the process & change has been a cornerstone of my approach at Fractal Analytics. The problem solving approaches and strategic frameworks we've adopted and adapted have been instrumental in driving team success. The projects we've undertaken have been as diverse as they have been enlightening, each one teaching me something new about the intricate tasting platter of everything in between supply chain dynamics and design thinking.

Practices: The hand

The practices we've developed and refined over the years have been pivotal to my personal and professional development. I am thankful for the investment in a culture that values learning and knowledge sharing. The workshops, training sessions, the successful project execution resulting in the push towards thought leadership have been instrumental in shaping the professional I am today.
