Thinking to leave them ?
It is easy to leave but difficult to change ....

Thinking to leave them ?

If you are in that stage of thinking It's the right time to quit !

  1. Look at your resume , edit and add everything that you have done in your current organisation which might be of value to your next find
  2. Gather all the recognition notes , certificates , thank you emails and notes. Also track down all feedback emails , opportunity areas carved out in annual appraisals , etc.
  3. Ask yourself , is it the Money ? Environment or the Manager ?
  4. Answer the following :-

  • Why did you join them ?
  • List all the things you did to upgrade yourself in terms of skills and personality after you joined them. Did they get the resource you appeared like in the interview?
  • Did they meet your expectations in terms of work environment , learnings , pay ?

Once you have answered to all of these and many more thoughts that will cross your mind during this process , schedule for an open conversation with your manager or HR partner ( or anybody who is a superior and you can open up to). If you are still convinced that you did your best and the company failed to provide an environment for you to learn and grow and is unable to fix it for you, communicate the same and plan to move . Leave on a good note.

Remember to be honest while assessing yourself , otherwise you will fall into the same trap in another company and waste hours cribbing about the leadership , management , team , etc.
