This post shows a working 14 watt audio amplifier. VCC can be assumed to be +15 and - 15 volts. The zener 1N751 is 5.1 volts.
Use realistic approximations and a hand calculator to determine the current through R13 with no audio input voltage.
The current flow through R30 is approximately (5.1V - 0.7V)/2.2K=2mA. Assuming Q4 and Q5 are identical, the current through R13 is 1mA.
Looks familiar !
Design looks improperly sized. Current in R13 depends on considered branch. Value calculated from input differential branch is 1 mA, value calculated from 2nd stage branch is about 500 uA. Result is a significant amplifier offset. Looks like 330 ohms resistor should be higher. Ideally, 4.7 k should be 5.1k and 330 ohms should be 820 ohms. This would minimize offset.
1mA = 0.5 x (5.1-0.7) / 2k2
525uA---- current through Q9=(5.1-.7)/820 voltage across R13=0.7+(330*I(Q9)=2.47---
