While telecom networks are becoming more advanced and capable, the ability to translate these technological improvements into sustainable revenue streams is still evolving. Operators must rethink their business models and explore new ways to create value from their investments in AI, automation, and next-generation infrastructure.

From a professional perspective, this transformation also redefines the skill set required in the telecom industry. Engineers and specialists must now go beyond traditional domain expertise and embrace data analytics, automation, and strategic thinking.
