[1] Digital Transformation

Digital transformation is such a vast concept to split up, that I find myself responding to define it from my perspective, in just a single word: #Automatization. 

For me, that's it. The power of automatization enhances productivity, builds upon efficiency and adds up to evolution and progress.

[2] Knowledge Management Technology

I see people within organizations who are eager to level up the technology game within the company. And that's great news. But usually, it ends up with bad execution. Why?

I spotted some common patterns:

👉🏼 The failure to consider the end user --> Better user experience is the key!🔥

👉🏼 Lack of consideration for total investment --> The process consists of implementation, migration, upskilling your team, and support. So the BUDGET!

👉🏼 Underestimating the complexity of the project --> Don't start before setting it up: TIMELINE, PLANNING, BUDGET, RESOURCES.

[3] Organizational Culture

Every #organizationalculture is deeply inspired by the leader’s vision and his core values.

Mine was deeply inspired by my grandparents. In the early years of my childhood, I remember they guided me through the most important concepts that built my foundation: freedom, integrity, and courage.
