Sustainability: A Value lifecycle based Framework for Circularity

Sustainability journey, Circularity strategies, Value lifecycle

I've been trying put a structure around my thoughts on - how value of goods both perceived/emotional and economic, relates to different strategies that can be applied to address the circular economy principles. In this 2X2 matrix, I attempted to put a guidance on most relevant strategy to apply for different categories of goods. The idea is not be prescriptive but to spur further discussion and thoughts on the topic to enrich it further. What do you think? Critique/challenge it as you may please! Surely it'll help in what we believe: the cause of sustainability.

I presume even the top left box can also be considered for reuse/recycled in current times, eg exchange offers, scrap recycled for remanufacturing..such as metal, batteries, plastic etc

Intriguing nudge Shibasis Sarkar! I'd look at it from two angles - one human psychology another our habit loop. The question now remains how do we go beyond generalized sustainability to that specialized? How does it now become personal and our problem as against others. Maybe that could help drive action and help move beyond mere advocacy? What do you think?
