Subscription-Based Model for Learning

In today's environment of fast-increasing transition, professional survival is dependent on education. Simultaneously, for firms to remain competitive, they must be able to monitor the success of that education.

Traditional online learning requires the user to pay for one course, access instructional material based on it, complete assignments, receive feedback, and pass the course assessment to acquire a certificate. However, in today's fast-paced world, the user wants to try out several supplied courses, test them all out, pick one based on their needs and evaluations, and then appear for the aforementioned exam; this sort of learning is based on subscriptions and monthly fees.

There are three instructional components based on the needs of the student:

The first component is technology adoption, which occurs when a business decides to implement some exciting new technology. Before they can begin, the IT crew must have the necessary expertise. So they sign up for a class to gain new talents. The necessity for training is satisfied once the abilities are gained.

The second component is continuous management. For generations, employees studied trades via apprenticeships. They possessed all the information they needed to practice their trade for the remainder of their professional lives once their training was over.

The third component is a result of our fast-changing work environment: professional advancement. Companies must keep employees' skills up-to-date to remain competitive. Individuals strive to keep their abilities up-to-date to minimize their career risk. Others regard learning new skills as a means of advancing in their careers.

The three components correspond to the various educational delivery models. The majority of technology adoption is in line with the transactional model. To finish a project, a certain set of abilities must be mastered. Continuous learning and continual access to skills, information, and knowledge are required for the other two components of education, continuing management and career growth. These, by definition, are more suited to a subscription business.

This module of learning was formerly considered a failure, but it is now a developing trend in the field of education. The subscription approach provides the user with complete access to the study material of all courses at the same time, as well as the ability to change courses in the middle. In this approach, the user may study anything on the site whenever and wherever they choose, without being restricted to a single square.
