A Spark
My journey was started in 2016 when i had just took a course of PMKVY. In this program, i learn about computers, what a computer is, its capability, and what it can do only the basics of computers before that my knowledge of computers was zero i was excited after knowing all these things.
College Graduation
After this tiny computer course, i think why not make a career in this field, then i took a BCA course at srmu university where my first semester was fabulous i scored 8 CGPA but gradually my scores and my interest goes down because programming languages started like C, C++, Java, C#, etc. I was like new to them i did not know that the computer field has this too and it's scarier when you run away from this, this ran away situation happened to me i was running away from this languages but i always manage to memories all the syntax and theories for the end semester. But always in my mind somewhere i have a spark to become a developer and to learn these languages.
In 2020 i completed my graduation and i was searching for jobs but i was not able to get a developer job in companies, i was getting jobs in sales, marketing, or HR and they were ready to pay 3 to 5 LPA but that spark in my mind always says you are not made for this jobs you belongs to somewhere else.
FunctionUp
In August 2021 I was looking for a job and i suddenly came across an advertisement for functionUp Bootcamp they were providing a Backend dev course, after so much research and understanding, and due to my spark of learning programming and entering into tech, i join functionUp. This choice to make my courier in tech through functionUp changed me.

30 days of coding experience
After joining functionUp there were plenty of changes that occurred in my life like a schedule came into the picture that i have to spend 8-10 hours in learning programming and implementing it every day excepts Sat & Sun. An extraordinary learning environment was implemented by our mentors every day there were assignments for us related to the content which were covered in the session, doubt sessions were there for us focusing on our doubts in the daily session and the assignments. What i like the most about this Bootcamp is its structure of cohort. Next for every assignment, we were to make explainer videos that help us to improve our skills for presenting our code to others and boost our confidence to become an extrovert to showcase our potential & grab opportunities in today’s competitive crowds.
Nowadays we are working on projects based on real-life concepts for this each group of 4 members is created. Doing these projects in groups is very helpful to enhance our core in programming and to learn how to work in a team, how to contribute in the best possible way, how to handle complex situations, how to present our ideas & thoughts to fellow group members and much more.
Spark
At this moment of time 4 Dec 2021, i can say i just found what i love, i was searching throughout my college time and after passing out this spark. I love to be a programmer and a backend developer who is always eager to learn new tech and implement it on the project. Throughout this Bootcamp, i learn Javascript, nods.js which i love the most than express.js, MongoDB, API, and API testing, etc and the fun part is that i covered all of this in only a month. One of my mentors always says one thing that I want to quote “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard”.
Amazing journey...
