360training is seeking a SQA Engineer to join our growing team. The SQA Engineer will be responsible for conducting QA processes in order to deliver high-quality projects according to plan and initiatives through the established SDLC. The QA Engineer is also responsible to use his experience to show initiative and innovation while following and suggesting improvements to an established quality assurance methodology for all software products.
- Test applications across multiple Operating Systems, and browsers for GUI, functional, and scenario defects.
- Generate test cases per requirements, functional specifications, and test case templates.
- Record and update defects, and verify defect fixes, using the JIRA defect tracking tool.
- Any other testing/ planning task given by the Lead.
- Perform hands-on testing according to the testing plan provided by the Lead.
- Have complete functional knowledge of current project assigned.
- Adhere to SQA Methodology document during the testing cycles.
- Develop test cases for new improvements.
- Attend all appropriate meetings (where necessary)
- Individual who naturally looks for flaws and is driven to suggest improvements.
- Must have good understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle (Exposure to Agile is a Plus)
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a deadline driven environment.
- Hands on exposure of software testing and quality assurance
- Hands on exposure of Testing E-Commerce RWD enabled sites.
- Hands on exposure of Mobile testing.
- Should be familiar with SQL
- Should be familiar with Web Services

Qualification & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BCS/BE) from accredited university/institution in the Software discipline or equivalent.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing.
- Experience in a dynamic, growing company. Must be adaptable and flexible.
