Slow Is Fast, Fast Is Slow!

"Slow is Fast, Fast is Slow" a variation of a saying from the Special Forces I think applies so well to what I see in information technology in particular but also business in general. Put perhaps more simply when there is integrity to a process even when it appears to take time, it often yields faster better results. In the Special Forces fast without precision can get you killed, yet fast without integrity of process can kill your results just as readily. So next time choose "Slow" to be "Fast" and let others choose "Fast" to be "Slow".
