Salary Range: 2500–3300 JOD/month

👨💻 Role Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing and building robust, scalable, and high-performing features across the platform. You'll work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers, owning end-to-end feature development, mentoring junior developers, and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop impactful features
• Own critical systems and ensure their performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Resolve production issues and proactively improve system reliability
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
• Mentor junior team members through code reviews and pair programming
• Lead or contribute to large-scale projects and architecture decisions
• Advocate engineering best practices and improve tools, processes, and team productivity

💻 Tech Stack & Requirements

Languages & Frameworks:

• PHP, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
• React, Node.js

DevOps & Tools:

• Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes
• Command line proficiency (Linux)
• Cloud (AWS), Microservices, RESTful APIs
• MySQL, MongoDB

Front-End Knowledge:

• Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and web security

Process & Methodology:

• Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience in 0–1 product builds or startup environments is a plus
