Salesforce Workforce Development: A Year of Impact, Scale, and Shared Success
This year has been nothing short of transformational—defined by meaningful scale, deep collaboration, and ecosystem-wide impact across every program we delivered. Together, we empowered more than 100,000 learners through Workforce Development initiatives, academic partnerships, NGOs, NFPs, and government collaborations, creating an inclusive skilling pipeline that opens doors around the world. Our Agentblazer Champion community grew with incredible momentum, supported by 60 high-impact community events that brought together over 11,000 Trailblazers to learn, share, and lead with purpose. We also celebrated 30 powerful learner stories, highlighting resilience, opportunity, and the real-world outcomes of our skilling efforts.
As we reflect on these achievements, we extend a heartfelt thank you to our partners and learners—your passion, commitment, and belief in our mission continue to fuel this thriving ecosystem. Together, we are not only building skills; we are shaping futures and accelerating the next generation of Trailblazers.
Strengthening Global Talent Pipelines Through Education and Market Growth
Salesforce is advancing its skilling, education, and global growth efforts across Asia—driven by the Workforce Development (WFD) team’s mission to build a future-ready, AI-enabled talent ecosystem. In Thailand, Salesforce has partnered with Chiang Mai University (CMU) to embed Salesforce Administrator and Agentblazer modules, training more than 3,000 students and faculty over the next three years in essential CRM and Agentic AI skills. The partnership includes Administrator certification preparation, Agentforce hands-on learning, Train-the-Trainer sessions, and access to mentorship and internship opportunities — supporting Thailand’s national AI vision and contributing to the development of a robust AI-ready workforce.
In India, the Salesforce Workforce Development initiative is supporting the country’s AI ambitions through the Yuva AI Bharat: GenAI Skill Catalyst programme. Led by SmartBridge and supported by Salesforce, IndiaAI Mission and MeitY, the initiative delivers Trailhead-powered, practical AI training to students and professionals, with a strong focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 regions. This collaboration is helping expand India’s talent pipeline and prepare learners for success in the agentic era.
Further strengthening our global presence, Salesforce has established full legal entities in four new markets—Peru, the Philippines, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and Taiwan—reinforcing our long-term commitment to customers, partners, and communities as we drive digital transformation and build the next generation of skilled talent worldwide.

Build Smarter with Agentforce: New Resources for Developers
Salesforce is expanding developer enablement with new Agentforce learning resources. The Agentforce Vibes Decoded YouTube series by Developer Advocate Philippe Ozil offers weekly guidance on building enterprise-ready agents using natural language. Developers can also join the Agentforce Builder workshop on December 17 to gain hands-on experience with the new Agentforce Builder, learning how to generate, refine, and control agent behavior in a single canvas using Agent Script. These resources provide practical guidance to help developers build, test, and scale intelligent agents across the Salesforce platform.
